PROFILE
As managing principal, Mr. Bean is responsible for concept
development, design, specification, and field administration of all
projects. His experience in
food service management and design is complemented by project management
experience that includes Bennigan's, Steak & Ale, J.J. Mugg's, Bay
Street, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Marriott Host Restaurants. In forming his own firm, Mr. Bean
saw the opportunity not only to focus solely on his principal interest of
food service design, but also to provide a more professional level of
foodservice consulting services to the design community.
